Recovery with Root: First Root Sponsored Grant Winner Announced
In this episode of Recovery with Root we are sitting down with Dr. Yifrah Kaminer from the UConn Research Department, who was the recipient of our first ever Root sponsored research grant. This year, we are fortunate enough to be able to award Dr. Kaminer and his team $100,000 for their research study on, "Youth Opioid Overdose: Implementing Overdose Suicide Risk Assessment Solutions." Listen to learn more about what this will mean for the future of mental health and addiction as it pertains to our teen population. Also, stay tuned for updates as the research progresses.
